Flexiparks is planning further developments near these cities, but also in other relevant regions in Austria and the entire CE region.
THE FOUNDERS
Flexiparks was founded by Sebastian Scheufele and Hans van Luijken and is based on decades of experience in the international logistics and commercial real estate market.

The two founders collectively look back on over 50 years in the international logistics and commercial real estate market. Together they account for more than 15 million sqm of industrial and logistics transactions and strategic developments in the logistics and commercial real estate market.
