Coming soon… as an extension of Flexiparks Vienna North, further halls are planned directly adjacent to the already existing industrial park.
Like the adjacent “Flexiparks Wien Nord I”, Flexiparks Vienna North II will also provide flexible and innovative solutions for companies of various sizes and industries.
In addition, flexibly designed showrooms as well as office and social rooms can be built into each hall unit according to the individual requirements of the customers.
Construction is scheduled to start in Q1 2025. Flexiparks Vienna North II is expected to be completed in Q4 2025.
Vienna North II
The industrial park with a total plot size of 8,300 sqm will offer around 5.700 sqm of modern hall and office space. The two planned halls with a total of 15 Units starting from 250 sqm of hall space will be fully fitted to the tenants needs. Each hall unit will be equipped with approx. 50 sqm of office space and 50 sqm Mezzanin stoage.
THE LOCATION
In the immediate vicinity of the industrial park, there are locations of various well-known companies. The Hofer KG logistics center is located directly opposite the property. Various supermarkets such as Hofer (3 minute walk), Merkur, and Billa (10 minute walk), the retail park “STOP SHOP” as well as shops for daily needs ensure optimal local supply.

PVT Austria ist seit Sommer 2024 als Experte für Photovoltaik-Technik in einer Kooperation mit Flexiparks. Das 2001 gegründete Unternehmen hat Flexiparks Wien Nord I mit einem effizienten Energiesystem, einschließlich Photovoltaik, Speicher und Hypercharger (HPC) für Elektromobilität, ausgestattet. Die gewonnene Energie fließt in eine lokale Energiegemeinschaft. Eine Kooperation für Flexiparks Wien Nord II sowie für weitere Standorte ist bereits in Planung.
